Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a fee.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of the following Wednesday. Orders placed after 5:00pm CST will begin processing on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24-72 hour processing time.

 

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

 

Orders shipped ground to the western U.S. can be expected within 4-10 business days. Ground orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4-7 business days. USPS Priority services are sent on a 1-3 day service once they have completed processing. All USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer and is the responsibility of the carrier.

For quicker or guaranteed delivery, overnight and 2-day shipping services are available through FedEx at an additional cost. Melliotfurniture.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Please note estimated shipping time does not include weekends and holidays.

Insurance

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
